Unfortunately bitches in season, and unneutered males over nine months old cannot be accepted on group walks.
All dogs being exercised must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea and worm control treatment
All dogs being walked will undergo a trial walk to ensure that they are adequately trained and socialized, before entering a group.
4Paws reserves the right to cancel the arrangement at any time & with immediate effect if the dog does not respond well to the walker and/or other dogs.
All dogs will be exercised on a lead unless prior agreement has been reached with 4Paws and a consent form has been signed.
The walker will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather conditions (ie, heat, thunder storms) for the safety of both the dogs and the walker.
In the event of any illness or injury to your pet requiring emergency veterinary care, 4Paws will make every effort to contact you prior to obtaining that emergency care. 4paws will contact your own veterinary practice but reserve the right to use an alternative veterinarian if your own veterinary practice is unavailable. 4Paws cannot except any charges relating to treatment received.
Should any person(s) other than 4Paws have access to your home and any of its contents during the term of our service 4Paws cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft.

To secure your booking during busy holiday periods we may require a non-refundable deposit. Should the dog's stay be cancelled less than 10 days prior to admission, full payment will be due.
4Paws takes great pride in the care of any animal in their charge, however, they cannot be held responsible for any loss, accident, injury or death caused to any animal whilst in their care.
All dogs are to have up to date inoculations, flea and worm treatment prior to admittance.

4Paws will make adequate steps to ensure your home is safe and secure however we cannot be held responsible for any burglaries or accidents caused in your absence.
The client must provide all items necessary for your pet to be adequately cared for in the client's absence.
Any cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance or a charge may apply.
Clients must notify the veterinary surgery or Grooming Parlour that 4Paws will be attending the appointment on their behalf and ensure that arrangements for payment have been made with either 4Paws or the vet.
Any owner wishing to accompany 4Paws whilst an animal is being transported accepts that they do so at their own risk and that 4Paws does not accept any liability for any accident, injury or delay incurred during transportation.
